Hailee – Certified Health Coach
A daily meditation practice helped me during one of the darkest times I’d ever experienced and changed my life for the better.
Now my goal is to share the gift of meditation with as many people as I can.
Ann – Certified Health Coach
I became a health and wellness coach because I genuinely believe in the power of implementing more movement, mindfulness, and changing how we fuel our bodies.
Life can be so amazing and beautiful, but it can be extremely difficult and stressful as well. I love helping people overcome the stress and anxiety in their lives and helping them see the beauty that is just beneath the surface.
Our Approach
We work one-on-one with our clients to develop a plan for long-term success. We help identify the most impactful goals and develop a sustainable strategy to help clients reach them.
Our Process
We’ll start with a free 30-minute discovery call to determine if our coaching services are a good fit for you. If we both decide to move forward, we’ll connect for biweekly coaching calls and you’ll be able to reach us between sessions for accountability and support..

I have been receiving health coaching by Ann DiDio now for about two and a half months. I have really enjoyed our discussions. I have struggled with motivation, consistency in my goals, and making the tie to focus on other aspects of my life. She is a great listener and makes you feel very comfortable. I wasn’t sure if my busy schedule would allow me to slow down and meet with her but when I committed to be a a part of the sessions, I received considerable success.
Her guidance has helped me with several problematic areas. With her suggestions I was able to see things in a different perspective. Mrs. DiDio is a patient, calm, and respectful listener. her advice makes you rethink some of your obstacles. Really recommend her strategic ways of looking at problems.
