If you are feeling stuck trying to reach a goal or implement change and have not been able to do so on your own, health coaching may be right for you. We provide an individualized, client-centered approach designed to help you meet your health goals. We use mindfulness practices along with a variety of other tools to co-create a plan that will allow you to make positive, lasting changes in your life.
We work one-on-one with you to help identify a long term vision of health unique to YOU, creating long term behavior change around your specific long-term health goals. In coaching we recognize that small, consistent changes to your daily habits are what ultimately end up making life altering, long term change.
We offer a free consultation to determine if coaching is a good fit for you. If you decide to move forward with coaching you’ll have the option of weekly or biweekly, 45-minute coaching sessions.
