Mindfulness with Meditation

Group Classes:

Group classes meet on Saturday mornings and are taught by Hailee.  Come early to grab coffee or tea and meet your fellow mediators. Each class explores a different topic such as gratitude, positivity, intention etc.  Group class is open to all experience levels- beginners are welcome!

Each class will begin with a brief discussion and introduction to the topic of the day.  This will be followed by a guided meditation led by the instructor. Next the class will discuss the topic and go into some basic meditation technique before going into a silent meditation.  Finally, the class debriefs and students have an opportunity to ask any questions that came up for them during the meditation.
